How to earn your vouchers:

Please note that a business must use your key worker reference code in order for you to receive the voucher. Alternatively, you must inform us by email of the business name and contact.

When the business listing becomes active with KeyworkersDirect.co.uk, we will email you to advise of the successful referral. You can also track the status of all referrals that you have made in your KeyworkersDirect.co.uk account, after you have you logged in.

Simply refer those shops and services you mostly use to KeyworkersDirect.co.uk and, when they complete and join KeyworkersDirect.co.uk, we will send you a £20 voucher either by post or by e-mail.

3. What business is eligible for the referral program?

Any local high street business/hotel/travel company, bakery, florist, etc...

7. Can you exchange the vouchers for cash?

No, the gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.

8. When will I receive the £20 voucher?

KeyworkersDirect.co.uk will send you the voucher, either by post or by e-mail, when the business you have referred to KeyworkersDirect.co.uk completes registration (i.e. orders and remits all amounts as due and accepted into our bank account). Remember, the business you are referring must provide KeyworkersDirect.co.uk with a reference name at the time of registering with KeyworkersDirect.co.uk.

9. Is there any limit to the number of vouchers I can earn?

You will receive a £20 gift voucher for every business you refer to KeyworkersDirect.co.uk that completes registration with us. There is a limit of £20 voucher per business. You can refer ten businesses per month.

10. In the unlikely event of any disputes, how are these handled?
